Looking for a space to teach your own class? Reserve a time slot and bring your creativity to life! What’s Included: - Private workshop space - Seating & workspace setup - Support for hands-on or instructional classes
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment - A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. - The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event. Once paid, it is non-refundable and non-transferable. - Final guest count, craft selection (if applicable), and any add-ons must be confirmed 7 days before the event. - If additional costs apply to your event (such as material fees for craft parties or extended rental time), a separate invoice will be provided before final payment is due. Cancellation & Rescheduling - Deposits are non-refundable. - Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will result in full forfeiture of the total payment. - If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 7 days in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. Liability & Responsibility - Blended Color is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items. - Guests are expected to return the space in the condition they received it. Any damages caused during the event will be billed to the client, with payment due immediately upon receipt of the invoice. - No permanent modifications can be made to the space. All wall fixtures must remain intact. - Clients are responsible for cleaning up after their event and disposing of trash properly. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the space is left in poor condition. Food & Alcohol - Guests may bring their own snacks and beverages to any booking. - BYOB is permitted for guests 21 and over. Anyone consuming alcohol underage will be asked to leave without a refund. - Outside catering is allowed, but you are responsible for cleanup and disposal. Time & Setup - Setup and takedown time is included in your booking duration. Please ensure your event starts and ends on time. - Additional time beyond your booking may be subject to extra fees and availability. Hold Harmless Agreement - By booking, you agree to hold harmless Blended Color, its employees, instructors, and owners from any and all liability, claims, and demands arising from participation in the event. - Blended Color is not responsible for personal injury, loss, damages, or incidents related to alcohol consumption.
